We are accepting applications for Prep 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030.
St Agatha's is a Co-Educational Catholic School offering enrolment from Prep to Year 6. Our enrolment process is designed to be straightforward and supportive, and our staff are here to assist you every step of the way. Should you require any assistance with your application, the Enrolment Secretary is available on 3326 9222 (Ext 3) from 8am to 4pm.
To begin your application, please complete the enrolment application online. You will also need to provide all required supporting documentation to the school office at the time of your enrolment interview.
Following your application, we will contact you regarding the next steps. Enrolment is contingent upon the availability of a suitable placement for your child and the successful completion of an interview involving you, your child, and the Principal, Ms Kristen Garrett.
Enrolment Process - How to Enrol!
- Complete the Online Enrolment Application Form
- Birth Certificate (original to be sighted by St Agatha's staff at the interview)
- Baptismal Certificate (if baptised, original certificate to be sighted by St Agatha's staff at the interview)
- Most recent school reports and NAPLAN results, if applicable
- Copy of additional services (eg Speech/OT/Psychologist) reports, if applicable
- Pay a non-refundable Enrolment Application Fee of $60.00 per child
- Send all documentation to pclaenrolments@bne.catholic.edu.au
Please note only completed applications will be considered for a place. Interviews will be conducted either in the year prior to commencement or during the year of commencement.
- If applying for enrolment for more than one student, when the form is completed there will be an option available to submit another enrolment for each additional student.
- Children who are not accepted in the first round of offers will be asked if they wish to remain on a waiting list. Notification of this step will be communicated to parents via email.

Enrolment Priority Criteria
- Sibling of student currently at School.
- Catholic in the Parish or Parish without a School.
- Catholic outside the Parish.
- Other Religions, beliefs.
Enrolment Application and Support Process (EASP)
An enrolment application for a child with diverse needs will be evaluated based on the school community's capacity to provide a quality education for them. This will be assessed using the BCE Enrolment Application Support Process Flow Chart.
Enrolment Application - All other year levels
All applications are submitted online.
After receiving all the documentation outlined in the Enrolment Process, the enrolments officer will contact the family to inform them about the availability of places.
