Uniforms

St Agatha's operates a uniform shop and is open on a Wednesday during term time from 2.30pm to 3.15pm. Orders should be made online via the Qkr app. Click to view How to use QKR App. Orders are to be placed by 4.30pm on a Tuesday for orders to be despatched to your child the next day (Wednesday).

Refund Policy:

Please choose your size carefully, as there will be NO Exchanges or Refunds on Hair Accessories, Hats, Stockings or Swimwear.

If you are unsure of the size that you require, you can visit the Uniform Shop on Wednesday afternoons from 2.30pm to 3.15pm.

Exchanges and Refunds on other uniform items will be made, if the item has not been washed or worn and is returned in the original packaging that it was purchased in.

Exchanges and Refunds must be returned to the Uniform Shop within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase, along with either a printed copy of your Receipt or a screenshot of your Receipt emailed to pclauniforms@bne.catholic.edu.au

NO Exchanges or Refunds on second hand goods.

School Shoes:

Formal Uniform

Girls: Brown leather school shoes are to be worn with the day uniform.
Boys: Black leather school shoes are to be worn with the day uniform.

Sports Uniform

Girls: White joggers with white laces are to be worn with the sports uniform.
Boys: Black joggers are to be worn with sports uniform.

Accessories:

To maintain a neat and consistent appearance, students are expected to follow the school’s uniform guidelines for accessories and hairstyles.

Jewellery and accessories: Jewellery, nail polish, non-uniform accessories and smart watches are not permitted as part of the school uniform.
Earrings: Students may wear sleepers or studs in their ears only.
Hair ties: Hair ties must be in school colours.
Long hair: Girls with hair below the collar line are required to wear it in plaits or ponytails to ensure safe and successful participation in all school activities.

2026 Ordering Cut-Off

Please ensure all orders for the 2026 school year are placed by 4:00 pm on Tuesday, 1 December 2026.

Ordering for the 2027 School Year

The Qkr! App will reopen on Monday, 4 January 2027, for orders for the 2027 school year.
