​The Parent Portal is a secure one stop shop for parents to access information about school events,  announcements, forms, policies, school contact details and much more. ​

The Parent Portal is the main channel of communication with our parent community. Stay up to date with important school information.


Provides parents with the ability to persue data related to their child.  Parents can view a list of subjects, students timetables, attendance, report cards and NAPLAN records.



  • Parents can inform the school of student absence or early departures.


  • Digital versions of school documents Digital versions of school documents.


  • Each Parent/Guardian may individually confirm or request changes to information the school has stored on them.

This is another great way to participate and connect to our community.

connect.PNGThe school app is a one-stop shop for the latest school happenings direct to your mobile device. The app will house the latest announcements, school contact details, newslettters and more. It is available on Apple devices from the App Store and Android devices via the Google Play Store.

Instructions to get started:-

1. Within your chosen store search from "BCE Connect" and download the app.

2. After opening the app, choose School Search and find St Agatha's School Clayfield in the school list.

3. Set St Agatha's as a favourite school (by selecting the star in the top right of the app) to make it easy to find and to receive the most up to date information direct from the school.
