Positive Behaviour for Learning (PB4L)

​​As a Catholic school, within th​​​e Archdiocese of Brisbane, St Agatha's Catholic Primary School places great importance in the belief that each person is made in the image of God, and our ethos is to provide a safe and supportive environment for all.​​​

We believe that every student has the right to learn and as such every student can be a great learner by applying the dispositions of a great learner.

We believe that all the dispositions of a great learner are supported by three school rules; to be safe, respectful and responsible. We can demonstrate these rules in many ways at St Agatha's.

Our structured play opportunities support students with the age appropriate activities and scaffolds so all students can play and interact with peers in a  positive way. Play options change each term to cater to different students interest and age groups.. Examples of structured play options include :

  • Lego Legends
  • Zumba Class
  • Thinkers Club 
  • Touch Football for Senior Students
  • Soccer Skills
  • Netball for Senior Students
  • Minecraft
  • Mini Vinnies 
  • Environmental Group
